The property is exactly as described—new, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a charming Côte d’Azur theme. It was easy to find and check in, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Is located in the Port area which added a fun and unique touch to the neighborhood. You can walk to some of the best restaurants in Nice in just 5 or 10 minutes. No car needed—everything is at your fingertips.

We had the best time visiting Nice! The host was very responsive and welcoming. The apartment has a great view of the port while also being close to the old town. The property is also freshly renovated with a beautiful modern kitchen and plenty of built of storage to unpack your bags. The apartment came stocked with nespresso pods for our entire stay, and it was convenient to use the washing machine with pods also included.

My room was sparkling clean, bright and airy. The staff were always friendly and helpful to this non-French speaker. The hotel's location was ideal - adjacent to the largest concentration of restaurants and cafes in Nice, and a short walk to Old Town and the seashore. This was an exceptional experience, particularly for a budget hotel.
