The location is incredible. When you do a Google street view and see the clock over the street, the window under the clock is this apartment. The location is right in the heart of the old town, and it's an 8min walk to the train/bus station. The dishwasher, and clothes washer/dryer were very helpful. The kitchen was spacious as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole place looks like it was recently updated with all modern appliances and fixtures. The street markets on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday are set up right below, but even with all the activity, the apartment is quiet. The host communicated with us regularly to arrange check-in, and responded promptly when we had contacted them.

Like out of a dream! The situation of this apartment, overlooking the canal with big windows that open and let you soak in all the Annecy is without sacrificing privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The host had absolutely everything accounted for - we loved every minute and wished for a longer stay.

We enjoyed our stay here while in Annecy! The room was very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with tea / coffee / other drinks. We hadn't purchased breakfast when booking but decided to add it for one of our mornings. There were so many food options (many sweet and savoury options), an excellent selection of beverages, and fantastic staff! The staff all throughout the hotel was wonderful with all of our questions about recommendations and local laundromats. The extra touches for our honeymoon, and the turn-down treats were so nice. The location was also perfect - we were so close to everything and enjoyed walking around all day without ending up too far from the hotel at the end of the evening.

It was the cheapest option in Annecy for my one-night stay so I went for it and it was good. Hotel is located in the old center (a bit difficult to climb up with suitcases but I knew what I was signing up for). Hotel is nice and my room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed including kettle with tea. I was greeted by cute cat and dog at the reception - definitely added cuteness to my stay :)

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was exceptional for being right in the heart of Anncey and the canal. We walked everywhere and found it convenient to be able to get back to the room at any time if needed.

Incredible location. Air conditioning was a greatly appreciated feature. Surprisingly quiet thanks to the interior courtyard window. Farmers market every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday was a delightful bonus.
