A special shoutout to Yanett from the reception team, who was the star of our stay. Yanett was not only helpful but genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. She suggested an upgrade to a Junior Suite at a discounted rate, ensuring we had more space and comfort for our family. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy the extra room and relax during our visit. The Junior Suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Yanett’s kindness didn’t stop there – she was always available to assist with any requests, big or small. The room, the bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was varied with many options suitable for any diet. Very nice people at the reception and very helpful. We also received a bottle of champagne on the New Year’s Eve.

I absolutely loved the hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay extremely comfortable. The hotel has a unique artistic touch — you can truly feel the essence of Spain in every corner of the room. Ather and Diego at the reception were especially helpful and welcoming. The food was also perfect — delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and adults, as the artistic décor and ambiance are more suited for a mature audience. One of my favorite features was the dancing light that moves with the music — such a beautiful and enjoyable detail!
