Amazing Place! very quiet neighborhood , very clean, the resto-cafe has great food and good drinks, staff are extremely friendly and cooperative, and was very helpful when I needed to change the dates, even helped with early check-in.
I recommend it for anything you can think of, work or leisure.

Exceptional! This is a gem in New Cairo and its Dream Team- Mahmoud, Kareem, Harby and Ahmed are every reason why I smiled every morning and night! Each of them are a huge asset to The 250 and every reason why I would return. I can’t say enough, stepping foot into this immaculate boutique B&B-like “escape”, put me at ease during my 72 hour stay in Egypt. This hideaway is soothing to the mind and to the ears. Sophisticated choice of music that subtly played in the reception was music to my ears. The room was impeccable, cozy, super quiet and well decorated. The bed was super comfy and pillows were just right :) LOVE IT!

Very very calm.
The windows have external shutters so great to reduce sunlight and noise even though there is almost no noise because it’s inside a compound.
Very safe as it’s in a compound and the guards are very nice and are aware of your stay.
Farouq and his team were amazing. Checking in us every day to see if we needed any help.
They help with taxi, restaurant recommendation, easy check in and check out.
