The cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff were excellent. The pool area up top was very nice and clean. The room service was exceptional and the front desk and concierge helped me out several times. I would recommend this to anyone, although it is just a touch expensive I splurged and I'm glad I did.

Nice new hotel, clean rooms, not far from the attractions in central Cairo. Good restaurants within the walking distance. Great value for money. Delicious breakfast, the receptionists were very friendly and eager to help with anything that we've needed. All was great, we highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

- The location was amazing in the Citi center but it was a very quiet area. Very close to Tahrir and old museum. - The room was spacious, comfortable and super clean. - Oum Malika and her colleague smile - The staff was very very nice professional and helpful. We got a very late check out since our flight was at 3:30 PM . The last night there was a small problem.in our room so we had been given the suite since it was available, which was really appreciated by my family and i Thanks a lot to the lovely Amir and Youssef for their help to get an Uber and handling our luggage kindly and politely always with a big smile . Special thanks to Mohamed Nabil who was very professional (he is the one who gave us a very late check in and let us sleep.in the suite the last night). He is not only professional but very helpful and kind. He gave me a local sim card to avoid buying one.. He also helped me buy a Mohamed Salah Jersey for my brother and his son which make them very happy especially my nephew . Will definitely come back

This review pertains to Moon homes Downtown Cairo. We ended up switching from the Garden City apartment as there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Nagwa, the manager, made the switch very easy. She was delightful to work with and we enjoyed the new apartment very much. This happened during Eid when finding another place was nearly impossible. Nagwa moved us to another place that was even better than the Garden apartment. We really appreciate her help and how comfortable she made us in the new place.
