We really enjoyed our stay at Elegance Grand City Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable — it really helped us relax. The hotel is well located; you can reach the Nile corniche in just a 2-minute walk, and the neighborhood is very nice and safe. We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the hotel staff, especially Alaa, Moumen, Houssam, Khaled, and Ilham. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and gave us many helpful tips during our stay.

This review pertains to Moon homes Downtown Cairo. We ended up switching from the Garden City apartment as there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Nagwa, the manager, made the switch very easy. She was delightful to work with and we enjoyed the new apartment very much. This happened during Eid when finding another place was nearly impossible. Nagwa moved us to another place that was even better than the Garden apartment. We really appreciate her help and how comfortable she made us in the new place.

Old school luxury hotel on the Corniche. Getting a room with a Nile view is a must. Great breakfast spread, nice terrace bar. Very helpful and professional staff.
