Very cosy, clean and functional small apartment in a great location. Communication with the host was personal and very constructive. All those small unexpected thoughtful surprises added to the experience :) (can't name these, otherwise they wouldn't be surprises for you)! We felt like at home :).

The architectural design (locally designed and made). The hut itself is spacious and at the same time, minimalistic. It’s clean and tidy. It has a small fridge, and they provided 2 water bottles, coffee maker and pods, tea bags. The bed is comfortable. The curtain for the bedroom window is provided. The staff are helpful and great. It’s great that there is no television. We were here on the first week of January. It was cold outside, but the heater works great. Value for money is 10/10. Sauna: 10/10 Baltic Sea Dip: 10/10

We appreciated the large size, high ceilings, and extra space. The layout was good with large main floor and spacious kitchen. We grilled once and that was appreciated. We rented a car for a few days to explore outside the city so was nice to have a hassle free place to park. Plenty of space to unpack our luggage, 2 bathrooms was great! Very quiet - we never heard anyone else. Great renovated building in urban renewal section of town. Seaplane Hanger was our favorite museum. Washing machine was great too. Bus #3 stops right in front - Volta. Bus #73 a block away - Noblessner. Both easy links to old town, or a mile to walk.

This apartment was THE BEST OF THE BEST!! I’ve stayed early August. I have nothing to complain including the tram noise. This apartment made my trip even better! They have everything you need including cotton swabs, floss, hand cream and female sanitary supplies. The owner put a lot of effort to make my stay better and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back!!
