Although is centrally located in La Floresta I was staying in floor 15 and I didn’t heard any noise from the street. Employees were very helpful. Bed was very comfy and the room had great space, and loved the very hot water from the shower. Staying again definitely when coming back to Quito.

The room here was very comfortable. Bed was firm, with plenty of comfy blankets and pillows. Room was large, lots of storage for unpacking. Shower was hot, with a spacious bathroom. Good wifi throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived on a very late flight (2am) and the front desk was available to receive us. They helped us arrange taxi from the airport in advance (standard rate $15, and 35-45 minutes). Very responsive on Whatsapp if you need to contact the hotel. Delicious breakfast - simple but satisfying and high quality (egg station, cereals, yogurt, coffee, fruit, juice, and cold cuts). I really appreciate that they even had an alternative milk option. There were water filling stations from filtered jugs inside the hotel. The location was excellent - close walking to restaurants and bars, easy for taxis to find, and felt very safe. I would definitely book again!

The location. Easy to move to and from the city. Great restaurants near by, pharmacies and great place to be picked up from tourists agencies. Very secure and safe area too. Alvaro the guy who cleans, cook, help and do administration work is AMAZING! Very humble and very very nice guy! 🙌🏻

We live in Quito and we stayed at Hotel Quito for my birthday last year. We like the hotel so much that we recently stayed 2 nights for my wife's birthday. We love the view from our room balcony and the hotel restaurant on the top floor has a very good breakfast buffet with even better views of the city and the valley to the east. We work out in the gym next to the pool, swim and lounge by the pool and we enjoy the steam and sauna rooms and jacuzzis. The hotel has become a tradition for us to celebrate our birthdays even though it's just 15 minutes from our apartment.

The private rooms are beautiful, spacious with very comfortable beds and excellent showers. For the price it's a complete bargain. Included breakfast is substantial with a four different menu options to choose from (even if it wasn't included it would be worth the ~$5 to buy it).
