Everything was clear and easy to deal with. The included sauna was amazing. The shower/bathroom areas were big and there's was virtually (and literally) no waiting times to shower or use the bathroom. The room itself was extremely comfy and easy to find.

The location is perfect. The main attractions are within walking distance. There are many dining options in the immediate vicinity and in the hotel itself. The location is really good, close to the metro, restaurants, cafes and bars. The room size was really ok, big enough for a couple but I was traveling alone. The internet there was ok for my meetings too. And the bread of the breakfast was fresh and really good.

The hotel was modern, and featured great interior/exterior design. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The shower was amazing after long days exploring Copenhagen. The hotel offered wine hour and nightcap hour, offering complementary wine and spirits during specified times for guests which was a lovely surprise!! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not located in the middle of the ’indre by’ city area, but there were still PLENTY of cafe/restaurant options nearby and very easily accessible by walking/the metro! We personally prefer to stay out of the centre in surrounding neighbourhoods. Couldn’t fault a thing about our stay here, I would definitely stay again on future trips to Copenhagen.

Perfect location- close to Central station and subway lines...quick subway trip to airport saves you lot of time. Hotel was nice, clean, quiet. Staff lovely and helpful. Amazing breakfast. Area with options to get good food, coffee or drinks. Would definitely book again.
