They were very understanding for special needs (for example allergies). It was very child friendly. Breakfast was very good and the children had an excellent choice, the information about ingredients was available. It was also safe, one can open windows only slightly (who has kids will understand me).

Everything was absolutely amazing. The city hosts were always ready to assist us, the vending machines were always full of things you may have forgotten such as flip flops, toothpaste etc, the bathroom always smelling nice and clear, and the room except the towels has also bathrobes. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very homely, relaxed atmosphere, indeed it doesn’t really feel like a hotel at all. Great location, spotlessly clean, and friendly staff. We stayed in three different rooms over two stays… the apartments are by far the best option, though the medium sized rooms are also ok for a short stay.
