The staff was very friendly and helpful, the 6-bed private room was spacious and had storage cubbies for each bed, outlets and lights by each bed, the room had air conditioning, two showers, the beds were comfortable and there was a couch for relaxing on, the optional breakfast was very good, there were restaurants nearby and quick access to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

This family-run, 3-star hotel features a peaceful location right near Munich’s Oktoberfest site and excellent transport links to attractions including the Marienplatz square and Frauenkirche church.

The location is very close to the U station so is very easy to Move to Downtown and other places around the city. Allowing you to be diverse on knowing the other areas of Munich outside of downtown. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is just very polite and nice

Everything was nice. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, utensils, pot & pans, etc. The bed was comfortable. Several trams were close by, and there were 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Owner was responsive to any questions. Check-in was very easy.

Set in a residential area in central Munich, this modern nonsmoking hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from Theresienwiese Underground Station, where the Oktoberfest Festival is held each year.

The staff was very kind overall and also allowed us to check in earlier nearby to the city comfortable and the breakfast was amazing

The bed is 11/10. The cocoon experience is the cosiest thing ever. Slept like a baby. Hotel is brand new (2025) and you’ll notice. Rooms are nifty, which lots of practical space for luggage etc. Airconditioning works really well. Bus stop in front of the door. Walk to the city is about 40 minutes.
