The property is well located - around 6 mins from the tram station and 12 minutes from the train station, so the way to the city centre took us around 30 mins either way. The room was very clean with a nice bed, everything was working - we read some reviews that some time ago some ACs weren’t working, maybe we were lucky, but everything was ok. There is a building site nearby, but it didn’t affect us at all, maybe because during the day we didn’t stay in. The building itself is just built so there are some parts where the process is not yet finished, but it’s super minor and it didn’t disturb us. The check in / check out process is super simple.
