This is a really elegant hotel in an historic merchant's house, which has been beautifully converted without losing its character. I was given a warm welcome, even though I arrived earlier than expected and all the arrangements were explained very carefully. The hotel isn't staffed all the time but there are contact numbers available for out of hours support. Most of the rooms are on the first floor but help was provided with my luggage. There's a good supply of water, wine and other drinks which added to the experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was stylish and cozy. The breakfast was homemade and personally served. The staff was very polite and helpful. Everything was just excellent. We can only highly recommend this place.

Wonderful boutique hotel B&B. We had a Very comfortably sized, well laid out room with a large ensuite bathroom. A lot of attention towards décor furnishing details have been focused upon within the design of this relatively new facility and they did a great job!!! Breakfast selection each morning is prearranged and served to your individual table. A very nice breakfast!! Both the host and her husband are very nice, attentive, information people. Katrin is a lovely individual who oversees the operation and is there for any question or request. Most helpful at all times of day.

"FeWo Königin der Hanse" is an excellent apartment for anyone exploring Lübeck. We (me, wife, two year old son, my parents) were there for six nights and were delighted. The rooms are BIG and the ceilings SO HIGH we felt like dwarves at the beginning. There is lots of room for everyone and everything, and the apartment was very clean. Communication with the owner was fast and reliable. The location in great, right in the middle of old town, next to all shops you can need, perfect as a base to discover the beautiful city.
