I had an issue after my stay, but the hotel team ,especially Ms. Jennifer Lanzer took great care of me and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. They resolved my complaint quickly and even went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a guest. Thank you for turning my experience into a very positive one.

Great value for price. Good location for those traveling - not too far from the highway. Breakfast was very tasty as well. One thing for families with kids - the playground seems to be under the renovation for unlimited time.

location close to Hannover Medical School and also close to S-bahn stop Kleefeld. there is also a bus stop nead by so very well connected

What did I like? First, the price was lower than the similarly (or above) rated competition around Hanover close to the A7. And that was before counting the breakfast (included) and parking (free): With those included there was no competition. Second, late check-in. We we're driving north on A7 and needed a place to stay the night. Showing up late is no problem, as long as it's before 23 - which I find perfectly reasonable. Third, the room. The room was huge. It was also clean, and the beds were comfortable. The "big bed for three people" was as promised: It was so big, that when our son used me as his pillow he couldn't reach his mother on the other side of the bed with his kicks. The room was quiet, no noise from the street or from the other guests. As a bonus I have to mention the shower: Often in the more budget friendly hotels the showers are... well, not amazing. Not here. It was just like having a shower at home. Fourth, the breakfast. The breakfast exceeded every other breakfast I've ever had in hotels of similar price, and also several more expensive places. I've had a 15€ breakfast that would slink away in shame if it had to match up with what we had here. You obviously won't get Marriott-style cooked-to-order eggs or omelettes, or your choice of espresso-based barista coffees, but you do get a solid selection. During our visit that included cereals (sweet), selection of yogurt, different types of rolls and croissants, couple of options of cheese and cold cuts, cucumber, tomato, watermelon, avocado - there was even a tomato-mozzarella salad - and both hard-boiled and scrambled eggs. For drinks there was coffee, tea (quite a selection of bags), two types of fruit juice, and water with lemon. Last, and by no means least, the staff. Super friendly and accommodating, and something I rate high even if I can usually get my message across in German: Everybody spoke English.

The object is a bit far from the center but is situated in a very calm and pleasent surrounding. The place was clean and the host very nice.

A charming place, rooms comfortably furnished, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. For sure we are coming back if we travel near Hannover.

The location was excellent. A quiet residential street. Close to the train station on arrival but also close to the tram stop. access around Hannover was very easy. The property was excellent. No breakfast was provided as it was not requested. There is an Aldi close by to buy food requirements. I would highly recommend the apartment.
