Welcoming host who lives on the same building. Secure, safe. Apartment is on the ground floor within the main building. Kitchenette. Separate bedroom. Reasonable amount of space in living and bedroom areas. Small bathroom. Access to garden and outdoor seating, with a garden view. Warm (it’s winter). Other than the worry about parking we were extremely happy with the apartment and the lovely helpful host. Even with paying for parking this is apartment is good value.

We had a wonderful stay here although we only stayed 1 night. The hotel is a few minutes drive to the nearest supermarket and is a 20 minutes walk to the downtown Aachen. The hotel has parking on site (paid parking). The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Other amenities were good as advertised here. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend, thank you.

For a 'premium' room it was modest in size, but very well designed and renovated to a high standard. The breakfast was first class, with a great, 5th floor view, towards the old city. We enjoyed the sauna after a long day travelling. The hotel is well located for walking into the city and to the Carols Therme.

Beautiful and very quiet room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Very convenient location, less than 1km from the city hall. Adjacent to the city park. One of the best city hotels I've ever stayed in.

I had such a great time at POHA House! Opting for a Snug stay with a tea kitchen was perfect, and having access to a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor was incredibly convenient. My colleague who stayed in a Classic stay had access to a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were super friendly, made me feel at ease. I think it's perfect for work travel or a cozy trip with your partner. The terraces, especially the one on the roof, were wonderful spots to unwind. I'll definitely come back!
