The location is easy to find. You can choose to walk directly to Charles Bridge or take public transportation, including the subway and tram. The room is just the right size, not cramped, and the bed is wonderful. Size 6 feet for 2 people for added convenience. The bathroom is very clean. The kitchen has enough equipment. You can ask to do laundry for free, but we don't need to use the service.​ What must be especially praised is the heater system, which works very well. The host's response is fast.

The room was very clean & everyone respected each other space. The kitchen was absolutely amazing !! There is everything you need to prepare your food & they even have some free things like pasta & cereal. The location was truly the best thing as it’s right in the center of the old town & never needed to catch public transport to visit the city.

It’s my first time to deal with such type of hotel, it was great experience and the best hotel I’ve been to in Europe, everything is perfect, i got all info and everything i need through email and WhatsApp msgs , and i think it’s much better to deal with “ system “ than human being who may be affected by external factors “ his mood, etc “ , however i had an issue regarding my A/C in my room I reached customer service within 5 minutes, i got proper answer and they couldn’t fix the A/C and as a compensation they moved me to much better room , and all that happened in few minutes. I recommend this to everyone going go Praha, location is perfect, everything is perfect. I will definitely come back here and thanks for everything

Very unique, cool rooms in a historical building; lovely staff, excellent breakfasts with great coffee and including some homemade pastries available, very good location (although climbing up the hill back is quite a workout!), with the castle and an enormous green space of Petrin Hill accessible within minutes!
