We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier.
We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style.
Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The treatment received, Cherry helped us in everything from the first minute, attentively caring, she explained to us perfectly how to organize our 2 days to see the Zhangjiajie park, the gram canyon and Tiananmen mountains

We liked everything in this hotel! The owner Chen, his brother Lee and Coco were all accommodating and really helpful! They assisted us in booking the tickets to the zhangjiajie park, Tianmen cave and glass bridge so we will not have any trouble. They made the tour so easy when they explained everything on detail.. zhangjiajie park is a 20min walk from their hotel, while the bus station to glass bridge is 10min walk.
Room was also spacious and clean! Their hotel is highly recommended. Close to everything!

The homestay is very authentic and elegant nestled inside a beautiful mountain. The staff are extremely helpful and caring which makes my stay memorable. They drive you to different national park with nice cars and safe driver. They help you with ticket bookings and itinerary and found us the best guide!

We absolutely do not regret choosing a hotel, everything was just great. The location is amazing, close to the city center and to the entrance to the park, every morning Rebecca drove us by car where we needed, helped us understand everything, both in buying tickets and in the use of public transport. The hostess and her family are just wonderful, responsive, cheerful, helped to solve all issues. Thanks to them, our vacation was easy and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was the most amazing vacation! Would give 11/10 if I could! Special thanks to Sonny and his wife who were lovely. The hostel was kind of empty due to off-season so I was upgraded to a private room free of charge. When I woke up late, I still got my breakfast and all the tickets were booked through by Sonny, super convenient! He also invited me to dinner one night, which was a great experience 😊
