We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier.
We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style.
Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room has good lighting and the cleaning is quite clean. There is a mountain view next to it, which is quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, I feel it's okay

We liked everything in this hotel! The owner Chen, his brother Lee and Coco were all accommodating and really helpful! They assisted us in booking the tickets to the zhangjiajie park, Tianmen cave and glass bridge so we will not have any trouble. They made the tour so easy when they explained everything on detail.. zhangjiajie park is a 20min walk from their hotel, while the bus station to glass bridge is 10min walk.
Room was also spacious and clean! Their hotel is highly recommended. Close to everything!

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. Absolutely splendid! Zhangjiajie is utterly breathtaking – quite fell in love with the place. The hotel? Jolly good value for money, I must say. What really impressed was the staff's professionalism – gave us absolutely cracking advice for exploring the area. Top marks all round!
