I had the most amazing time here! The staff were all so friendly and generous! I have to thank Lan & Nia in particular for going above and beyond, they made me feel so welcomed and gave the best advice on places to visit. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient to come and go as you please. The staff operated as a family and were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here.

The place was very clean and very beautiful. It makes you feel like at home from the minute you step in. The hostess was really nice and helpful. She gave us some good indications and kept our luggage for some hours the day we were leaving.
The room was very comfortable and clean. Only the bathroom was a bit small perhaps, but not a problem at all.
The location is very good, in walkable fistabce to most of the interesting locations in the city. It is located in a very authentic street and although the place is a bit hidden, we had no problem finding it with the hostess indications.
We would definitely choose this guesthouse for a future visit in Suzhou.

super helpful staff, they gave us a very friendly welcome and tips around the area, as well as helped receive a package for us and keep things at the front desk for pickup.
there‘s no elevator but they will help you with luggage, and were always very nice. the apartment is located conveniently to the subway and very close walking distance to the gusu old town district where most of the sightseeing spots are. it‘s not directly in the main tourist street tho, so it‘s relatively quiet, and had all the facilities needed. the room was quite big, comfortable for 2 persons. it‘s made of wood and has a modern chinese style interior design. would book again :)

Hotel is very near the metro station. It is also near to the ancient walking street - PingJiang road. There's a lot of convenient stores and eateries around the hotel, even a market with food court where locals and tourists venture. Easy to find breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also near to shopping streets. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are great. Room may be small but very comfortable.
