The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was really quiet as well. The bathroom was modern (Japanese toilet). Breakfast was outstanding! And the service both at the restaurant and the reception were really good. Great staff! Finally, location, location, location. A short walk away from Nanjing Road and the metro station at the People's Park. All the buzz and none of the noise. Fantastic stay

We have been living here for 10 days and the hotel staff have been very considerate and helpful to me and my family. Staff from Liang Cafeteria, staff from Concierge department and staff who are in charge of room cleaning (I only know that her name is “Su Mei” at floor 43), all of them learn our habits and routines very well in a short time. To travel with two young kids is quite a challenging thing but all of them make us feel like home and we had a very good stay. The first time back to China after 5 years since covid, the hotel staff succeed in making us feel like home and we would definitely live here again if we come back to SH. Wish you all the best and thank you in taking care of us ❤️

Our stay at Opartment by Far East was absolutely wonderful! Traveling with young children can be challenging, but this accommodation made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. They accommodated to 2 extra rooms at very last minute notice because our previous accommodation was horrendous. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The fully-equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the kids, and the daily cleaning service ensured we could relax after a busy day exploring. The location was unbeatable—close to key attractions like Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Bund, and People’s Square. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including family-friendly restaurants and a convenience store a few steps away from the hotel A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their kindness and attention to detail, from helping with luggage to providing local tips, truly set this property apart. We can’t recommend Opartment enough for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Shanghai. Thank you for making our trip so memorable—we’ll definitely return!

Having been going to Shanghai in the past 20 years and have stayed at many five star hotels, I now think Puli Hotel & Spa is my favourite hotel for its impeccable facilities and thoughtful service. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, from the bell boys to receptionists to bar tenders. Also, I had the best margarita mixed by Eden, a brilliant, young and pleasant mixologist at the bar.

Perfect location and impeccable service. Excellent restaurants. The hotel is an attraction by itself and perfectly located to both sightseeing and shopping. Outside is the hotel is a pedestrian only zone, thus do not expect taxis to stop directly at the front door. However, taxi stopping areas and metro stations are within 100m of the front door.
