This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.

It is a classy, beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean. It’s in downtown and within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets/stores and restaurants. Feeling safe in the area. We felt welcomed the moment we got off the cab front of the hotel. Breakfast was great - eggs are made to order and enough choices and variety to kick start the day. The staff were friendly. They spoke good English. Would definitely come again when visiting Santiago again

I felt the flat as a whole was in need of real deep–clean, windows, cabinets, mirrors, fridge, shelving. The sofa was stained. The bed headboard was worn down. Bed mattress should have mattress protective cover. Sheets were slippery and would not stay in place so that I woke up half on the bare mattress with the sheets all over the place. Great hot water and powerful shower. There were a couple of automatic (chemical) air scent devices, one of which emitted a spray regularly which I found overwhelming. The position of the flat in the vast residential block is shaded from the direct glare of the scorching sun which was a real relief. The flat was comfortably cool therefore during the day, still with plenty of light flooding the flat. That was very nice. Kitchenette old and worn. I didn’t feel inspired to cook in any case since my stay was very short. To be honest it felt as if the long term occupier/s had vacated her/ his/their flat for the duration of my stay (two nights) and had quickly wiped things down and changed the sheets. I would rate the stay 7.9.

This apartment has everything you need - it’s well appointed, super clean and reasonably spacious for a city apartment. The location is a little out of town, which worked perfectly for us. It’s only approx $5-10k clp ride in Uber to get to the city centre. There aren’t many restaurants close by but Uber eats is a great option (or other food delivery services). There is a great laundry here to wash and dry clothes when travelling.

We stayed six nights at the apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. We were 4 people and used two of the three bedrooms (the third one has a single bed) and the two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us breakfast (coffee machine, toaster, water kettle...). The beds were comfy; a few towels were provided. There wasn't any room service but we did not expect that anyway. The apartment is ideally located in the center, close to nearly everything that's interesting. It's also close to a metro station (please be aware of the seriously good pickpockets in Santiago - we lost a smartphone on the metro to them). Supermarkets can be found close by. As it is in the center center you will have to live with some street noise (the bedrooms face the street) - nothing my ear plugs couldn't handle. The keys and the opening of the door of the apartment and the gate downstairs are a bit tricky at the beginning - ask the host Christian to show you how it is done; he's very helpful and will surely explain!
