I liked everything. It's a lovely old fashioned and well refurbished building. No elevators due his historical status. Beautiful garden inside. The staff was incredible helpful all the time. Good restaurants at a walking distance.

The staff here are really lovely. Everth even accompanied me to order breakfast three blocks away and provide Spanish translation on my behalf. The rooms and overall property are kept extremely clean, the showers are rainfall and stay hot with good pressure, and the lockers in the dorms are extremely large. And there’s coffee in the mornings which is always appreciated. There’s gym equipment and a pool available as well. Each bed has a lamp & charger. There’s blackout curtains and a/c. You’re buzzed in and out of the building so it feels safe. And a sweet detail I noticed is that the staff is extremely respectful with the privacy of the female dorm and won’t cross the threshold into the room while assisting you.

Room was spacious with restroom. Comfy and big bed. Nice communal kitchen with sitting area. Breakfast was basic. Loved the location , near Los Heroes bus and metro station. Near Brasil Av with so many eating places to choose from. I will definitely stay here the next time I fly in to Chile.
