Great size apartment, easy to access anywhere - good communication with the host as we overcame IT challenges for deposit payment but we sincerely appreciated the early check in for our young one to take a nap!

Very modern, staff really helpful and understanding and communicative. Rooms were spacious, bed was rejuvenating. Plenty of outlets, plenty of restaurants and public transport stops around.

The location was great, the staff was wonderful. It felt very safe for 3 female travelers. We loved the rooftop patio, and the fresh baked bread at breakfast was amazing! The windows opened all the way up and there was a fan which was very helpful to us from the states who aren't used to not having AC.
I wish I could find a Josephine's everywhere I travel. It was great!

I got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for me and my mom. It was spacious with all the necessary amenities available. You can also cook in the kitchen, with a stove and a fridge. It is also very near the metro station, making the central area of Zurich very accessible.
