The room was self sufficient. It was rather a studio apartment I would say, perfect, with a balcony as well. The room was clean and well equipped, the TV even had Netflix. Contactless check-in was smooth, as well the checkout. Would surely recommend this even for a long stay.

I went in Oct and trip advisor suggested I was taking a risk as weather could be bad. I wanted to experience being above the clouds and or view of town from the mountain. I took the risk and it totally paid off. The view of mountain peaks sticking up in blanket of clouds was amazing. Although, you can do a day trip but you would miss the sunrise and sunset experience from the top. The dinner as well as the view from my room was amazing as well.

In Lucerne, 2.9 mi from the KKL Culture and Congress Center Lucerne, the Gasthaus Badhof offers you very spacious rooms with the best comfort.
