Absolutely everything, fabulous location right on river across from bear park, outdoor area, restaurants a short walk, walk to all amenities of old town. Fabulous space- great food provided for breakfast, very generous, robes slippers, great wifi. If go back to Bern would definitely stay again!

Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless.
