Intelligent systems allow you to activate the bernwelcome app ahead of your arrival, and messages from the hotel help you check in with a clear (not canned) instruction set for the access codes and key cards. Intelligent staff respond to your questions with a smile and have a customer-centric attitude. They even shared that the biggest natural pool in Bern will be up soon when asked about the construction near the hotel. Everything is efficient in this place from check-in to check-out. It's like being in Japan in a European country. Of the hotels we stayed in over the past weeks (in Zurich, Vevey and Geneva), this one is the bestest (better than the best), bestest value for money, comfort and service hands down.
