Fast response with the host and clear directions to access the key and get into the apartment. Elevator was always available, but we took the stairs - only on the 5th floor. Kitchen was well stocked - a nice touch with honour bar - the Prosecco was perfect on the balcony when we arrived. Clean, comfortable, and close to all the fun stuff in Basel. If, and when we hit Basel again - we will stay here. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect location, 1 minute walking to the Rathaus. Seamless check in process. Very comfortable bed and especially very comfortable pillow. Silent/quiet neighborhood.

If you up for a smaller and more individual hotel, give it a try. The service was from begin to end exceptional, and yes, I was lucky to get a room upgrade which of course added value. Great restaurant included, even a Michelin star one if you are a foody and book early

Everything was great - the staff, the hotel, the room. The beds were excellent! Location was great....really, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was adjacent to a church and a music museum and the surroundings were calm. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and was nicely and clean. I stayed alone and was able to rest comfortably on a wide bed with a good firmness mattress. The shower had hot water. The heating was off, probably because it was the beginning of March, but I turned it on as it got cold at night. It was nice that it warmed up quickly. The hotel is located at the top of a gently sloping staircase path, but you can also take the lift. Check-out was 11am, which gave me enough time to explore the centre in the morning, have breakfast and then return to the hotel. Highly recommended!
