Katharina was really helpful, she offered us the regional visitors card so we could enjoy free public transport and discount to many services in the city. The apartment is greatly equipped, Swiss-Europe adapters are also available. As first time visitors to Switzerland, that small details really count.

We got an upgrade for the room due to my birthday. The suite room was very spacious with a mini bar inside. The hotel area and room were clean and quite. The staffs were friendly. The breakfast was quite vary. There are bus stops near the hotel so that the city center could be reached easily. There is a parking area behind the hotel with additional cost. We got free public transport tickets that cover the whole duration of our stay.

Super cool place with large shared rooms maybe the biggest one I ever stayed. The facilities are very new and smart, everything were in good place. Staffs are super nice and friendly, hospitality like at home.

Really a great hotel at the location close to the city center, but not noisy. The room was nice and clean, bathroom could've been a bit bigger though.
Breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff was assisting in serving the breakfast or in whatever we might've needed.
