Staff super friendly and efficient. Excellent location. Lovely heated roof swimming pool. Rooms big, clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Great carpark in the basement, reasonably priced.

This was to me the best find of the year. Loved it so much I already booked it again for my next Montreal trip. Excellent location, beautiful and clean rooms, very comfortable bed and one of my favorite toiletries brand (Le Labo). Hotel Gault's staff were great, helpful, and courteous (especially Brian and Noks). We came earlier than the usual check-in time, so my husband and I roamed the area, which is very close to Old Montreal attractions. The hotel has a luggage storage area, so we are not worried about our luggage while waiting for our room to be ready. When we came back, we were told that our room had been upgraded to a nicer one, which made our stay in this hotel much special. Pillows are so huggable. We had a very nice and relaxing sleep. Breakfast was really good. We had our breakfast delivered to the room as we wanted to relax and watch TV while having our meal. Cleanliness: The room is really clean, the towels are new, and the toiletries are good, but they need to pay more attention to maintaining and deep cleaning the toilet bowl and bathroom, as they are very close to getting a bad review.
