The staff members very amazing!! so helpful and friendly. They made sure everything that we requested was properly delivered. The staff members made our stay so much better. It quite rare nowadays to meet kind, nice and friendly people and all the staff members ticked all boxes. We checked in earlier that we were supposed to and they were more than helpful to arrange that for us. Also since it was a shoot we asked if there was a possibility to get a room with a bathtub and it was also done no problem. All our needs were met! Thank you very much for such staff members who made our stay wonderful ! <3

Actually and honestly, every single employee was very welcoming and open to suggestions and questions….. everything is 1M/10 . Laundry was so fast and i got it ironed as well . We got complemantry fruites and nuts , marshmallows for our kids . It was super clean, amazing view . The foooooooood the fooood is amazing and reasonable prices for a lexurry hotel . My kids loved their food a lot also they have cooking activity for kids ( big thanks to our amazing (cheif Vugar ) and ( anstasia ) the one that took care of us during our stay
