We loved this B&B, Jon was a great host, friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us including giving us a lift into town for our evening meal because it was raining. Our room looked out onto the garden at the back, the bed was extremely comfortable and the house and garden are absolutely beautiful and full of character. Breakfast was DIY with lots of choice and a chance to meet other guests. Wine and beer are in the fridge and available to buy at a reasonable price. Jon has put a lot of thought into the detail of this place and it makes for a very pleasant stay. We loved our brief stay at the Torquay and hope to return one day. Thanks for everything Jon, it was lovely to meet you and Frankie! Angela and Dan

This place is a hidden gem within Hervey Bay, the Location, facilities, cleanliness and attention to detail were nothing below immaculate across the board. The hosts were fantastic, very customer focussed and being family owned the outstanding quality of the rooms was very notable.
