Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

The location is the best. Close to the centre of everything and only 1 block away from the main shopping zone, yet it is on a quiet street. The property is clean and provided with all the necessary facilities we need. it is spacious and spotless plus the furniture are modern. The most important of all is the staff who are friendly yet professional and responsive. The services were prompt. The property manager was willing to go an extra mile by offering help to my family especially when it was the Easter weekend everything was busy.
