The property was perfectly situated, the room was very clean and cleaned daily. The breakfast had a good selection and there was the offer of free cake and coffee between 3-6pm. The main thing for us was all the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We would both recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vienna.

The staff was exemplary professional, kind and helpful, we really enjoyed the scent every time we entered the hotel and our room, entire hotel was lovely decorated with clear sense for details and composition. Windows exceptionally supressed all noise from the main street, the sound system was amazing and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and had an elevated experience that always creates smiles on our faces every time we think about it. Thank you!

The apartment is in a very convenient location in the center of the city and just a few minutes walk from the Stadtpark metro station. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a small sitting area and small galley kitchen, which we actually did use.

Hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated. Rooms are nice and spacious. I booked the grand deluxe room. The restaurant is also very nice and serves nice food. Apparently it’s one of the new hang out spots. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was greeted in my room with a bottle of wine, macaroons, and a nice note. As for the location, it was super. I walked everywhere which was very convenient. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again there if and when I’m back in Vienna.
