The check in process was innovative and high tech, there was a complete communal kitchen and a number of vending machines with virtually all you could want, across the road was a bakery for breakfast/ lunch etc, ; a very clever way to run a Business.

The staff are exceptional. They moved our bags to the next room with no issues. One time we had a problem getting in and they text back within less than a minute to help us. They even moved our stuff from our fridge into another room for us while we were out -they were extremely helpful. Out of all of my travels, this has been definitely one of the best days I’ve ever had around the world.

The hotel was new and visual very pleasant. Room has an efficient layout and everything was working fine. There is a great, however expensive, underground parking with direct access to your room. The incheck procedure is almost fully automated and the lobby lively with lots of plants which continue in their pretty restaurant.

Everything was beyond our expectations, very clean apartment, modern and cozy in a very quiet modern area, fully equipped.The neighbourhood it self looks newish, modern, quiet, felt safe all the time. The apartment comes with a indoor parking space, which is very convenient. The owner very polite, responsive and ready to help with anything and provided us with coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Checking in and out were very easy. We are more than happy with this choice. Thank you!

This is a wonderful apartment, we are very pleased we stayed here. We liked: clean; good communication; everything we needed, most things brand new; great location very close to Alte Donau station. Very good window blinds so you can make it nice and dark at night. Overall a high quality build with great fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable. Nice balcony. Super clean and nice bathroom. Hot water comes very quickly. The hosts provide plenty of towels, cleaning products, shampoo etc. This was not expected but very much appreciated. Nice supply of tea and coffee also, as well as coffee machine. We appreciated the sofa bed that was made up for us on arrival. I love the window blinds. Very big TV (I didn't use it, but it is set up for all the sorts of things you would expect). Nice lighting that you can dim and make comfortable. All in all a very comfortable and modern apartment.

Elizabeth our hostess was very welcoming; she and her husband helped with our luggage and as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, she very kindly provided our breakfast on Monday morning. The weather was intensely hot and sleeping was not easy, but our hostess provided electric fans for our comfort. Also there was a welcome Nespresso machine so we could have coffee.

The apartment is beautifully located near the Alto Donau in a very quiet neighbourhood. The studio is very well equipped, everything you need is there (bed linen, towels, oven, induction stove top) and very clean. We also appreciated the garden very much. The property is located 800m from the metro station, so it is easy to reach the city center. The biggest asset of the property are the super friendly hosts !
