I had a complaint regarding the breakfast service at the hotel, as well as the inappropriate behavior of a staff member working during that time. However, Mr. Halil promptly addressed the issue and ensured that the remainder of our stay was pleasant and enjoyable."

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Location is good nearby metro station. Breakfast was very good and changing dinner also. Gym and pool on the rooftop were great. All in all we enjoyed our time there very very much.

The service is amazing, they allowed us a very early check in and standard checkout was at 12pm. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great to get to all parts of Dubai (nice and central). I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again!
