Literally just cross the street and you'll find the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful when I can't find a taxi to bring us to the city (main square).

Hotel Jan is situated in a 600 year old townhouse in the very centre of the Kraków Old Town, 100 metres from the Main Market Square. It offers a 24-hour front desk and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Everything was good. The room is really comfortable, and very very quiet. We had a window towards the inside, and although no view of the square, the silence was amazing to have a good night sleep. The breakfast was also really good, and a big variety of food, fresh salads, fruits, pancakes, etc etc. And the location could not be better. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Relaks Apartamenty, the people of Relaks were so customer-friendly and so kind to us. They arranged the transfers from the airport to the apartment and vice versa and they also organised a trip to Auschwitz for us. The location of the apartment was perfect, just a short walk to the center of the city. And there is a very nice garden with a small restaurant. We can recommend Relaks Apartamenty to every one who is planning to visit Krakow.

The customer service was amazing from the front desk to the wait staff at breakfast and our room was comfortable, spacious and kept immaculate at all times. The breakfast was outstanding.
