With an unbeatable setting in the silky dunes of the Omani desert, the 5-star Desert Nights Resort offers 55 luxurious Bedouin-style tents and 33 deluxe rooms for those seeking the ultimate desert adventure holiday. Staying at Desert Nights Resort is an incredible adventure. You are located in the Arabian desert surrounded by sand dunes with camels passing by. There is nothing quite like it. Furthermore, dinner and breakfast are included in the price of the accomodation; they are buffets and have a wide selection. Also included is a short trip in a 4WD to the top of the sand dunes so that you can watch the sun set and a camel ride in the morning. There are also a number of optional experiences that can be purchased. I chose to do the dune bashing and quad biking and enjoyed both immensely.

Had a great stay here! Lovely hosts and very peaceful in the desert. The tents are cosy! In the evening we ran up the dune behind the camp for a gorgeous sunset. Did the same again for sunrise. Can 100% recommend staying here.

Very well run. Very good food quality- exceeded expectations in the desert! Lovely design of restaurant and tent. Very clean en-suite shower room. Recommend walking to top of dunes for sunset . Walk around the site to see the baby camels etc. Loved the evening fire pit. Recommend getting escort service to camp, but okay self guiding out!

It's a desert oasis dream, honesty. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous: simple but super tasteful, with an excellent vibe. All the staff is kind, humorous and helpful, so I felt at home straight away. Naturally, they offer a wide range of desert activities, but if you prefer doing stuff solo (or the offers exceed your travel budget), you can also take a walk (or pitch a tent, if that's your thing) in the desert on your own, no hard feelings. It's a perfect combination of absolute comfort and fun adventure. Nothing but praise!

The location was superb - in sheltered hollow surrounded by undulating sand dunes about a 15 minute drive from Bidiyah. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and the tents were very comfortable. Saud was a wonderful host and his attention to detail in the design and execution of the camp was outstanding. Thank you for your hospitality, Saud - we made us feel so welcome……we’ll be back!
