Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Separate dressing room. Lovely window seat with a view. The hot tub was nice. Good breakfast. Beautifully maintained grounds. We have stayed multiple times and would stay again. A little bit out of town however.

This bed and breakfast has a garden. Very comfortable and well appointed and equipped large room with reading chairs and small table and chairs for breakfast and access to a lovely yard that my husband enjoyed for reading later in the evening.

She arranged a taxi for the following morning and managed to pack a few goodies for breakfast as we were leaving at 07.45hrs. We were a little stressed on arrival and tired from our long journey. It was very close to Cuba St with lots of bars and restaurants. The parking was good. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchenette was great for us. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. We would stay here again.
