Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Out our living room window was a clear view of Fuji San, and the whole house was a mixture of traditional vs modern comforts (aka beds for those not wanting to sleep on futons). The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating.
