The hotel is located in what I think is the main street of Monterosso Al Mare, a few minutes walk from the train station and the beach. The staff spoke Italian, English and Spanish. They remembered we speak Spanish and greeted us everytime with a warm "buenos días!" They were very helpful. The room was spacious, sunny and airy, with a super comfy bed, a huge balcony with a great view. The bathroom was comfortable as well, the shower had great water pressure! A nice shampoo was provided. Everything was super clean. We had plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast was fresh and super complete. It had plenty of veggie options, a plus because I travelled with my mum who is vegetarian. A plus, they offered towels for going to the beach which was great!

I had a balcony with very nice views! Great breakfast and service. Close to the giant statue and the beach there and just 5 min walking to the station and a nice 15 min walk to the center of Monterosso

Offering panoramic views of the Cinque Terre coastline, Albergo Suisse runs a free scheduled shuttle service to Monterosso, 1 km away. All air-conditioned rooms come with satellite TV. Parking is free. located higher up from the beach with the most stunning views of all of cinque terre. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel felt short of nothing. The complimentary shuttle to and fro the hotel and the village was super convenient and well organized. Highly recommend!!!!!

The placement of the hotel was perfect, in the middle of the center of Genova. The personal was kind and helpful. The room was massive and very clean. Perfect accomodation for exploring a Cinque Terre. Nice villa with beautiful garden in calm neighbourhood and close to the train station. We enjoyed a pool as well. Easy and free parking on the street in front of the villa. Marco was very helpful and gave us useful tips. Highly recommended!
