He is always ready to help when we have any questions. Room servise is provided everyday, and the housekeeper does a great job in cleaning. Last but not least, great location, few minutes walk to the metro station, shopping area, and Vatican City. 100% recommend and will definitely live here again when we visit Roma next time.
