The flat was spacious,it had well equipped kitchen,spacious living and eating area,nice size bedroom, it had huge balcony facing the backyard of the building. We stayed 2 nights in room on second floor. I guess it was room 201. We did all of the Florence activities on foot. The flat is only about 15-20 minutes from the center. Having the opportunity to park your car there and cover everything by walking was a huge plus for us. You've several grocery stores 10-15 minutes from the flat,fantastic La Farina pizzeria in the same building located on street level. Very friendly staff to help and explain you everythin.you need to know.. Our receptionist Laura ? was very nice and friendly,so was the guy in reception next day I guess his name was Vitalij. We strongly recommend this place if you're in Florence for more then a day and want to have all the comfort of not a hotel room but the whole apartment with all the amenities

The staff is so friendly and helpful full of recommendations for places to visit. Our room was breathtaking with beautiful frescos and painted ceilings. The view from our window was overlooking the garden. You could sit for hours, just soaking in the gorgeous Tuscan, sun and landscape. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed dinner as well as breakfast alfresco. The food is top notch. Definitely worth a visit.
