The location is incredible, the rooms beautiful and clean, and the roof terrace (which is also the restaurant with delicious and affordable food) offers an amazing view over the tea plantations. The staff were very helpful and a special thanks to Saijth who went out of his way to make our stay memorable.
A gorgeous boutique eco property, lovely rooms with wonderful views. Joe is the ultimate host - charming, knowledgeable and generous, as well as a fabulous cook! The food is excellent.
A must visit boutique hotel during your visit to Munnar. The hotel itself has a charming and cozy vibe and is situated just a few kilometres outside of the main city centre, perfect to escape the hustle and bustle and soak in the beautiful landscape of munnar. The staff were all very helpful, especially the property manager Mr Manoj who personally took us around the property to show us the mini garden within the property. He also made sure that we were well taken care of during our stay.
The views from the room were lovely. Staff were very kind and attentive. They offered us a free upgrade which we really appreciated! Gorgeous warm shower. They ordered us a Tuktuk to take us to Munnar town to catch our bus, for a reasonable price.
Many have said it but all the staff were truly exceptional in every way. The location and view from the hotel is breath taking on the edge of the hillside, peaceful, right next to the water fall (although it was not in full flow at this time of year), just stunning. Hotel is modern very clean and comfortable, lovely terrace, small but stylish infinity pool that’s heated as well. Extremely relaxing environment. Food was all delicious and great value. Again, stand out feature was the staff all beyond exceptional in their service.
The property itself is lovely. The rooms are spacious and well designed - I’m sure there would have been a lovely view if we hadn’t been in a cloud for the whole 3 days (the weather was lovely in Munnar but not on this side of the mountain).
The hotel is really worth the view! The room was lovely, big, clean and loved the overall design and furniture, simple but characteristic. The bed was comfortable, super big and in typical wood. The view was spectacular. Bathroom was ok, nothing fancy and you need to adapt a bit but we didn't care much. Overall a good option for the price. Breakfast was ok, I wouldn't say great or with the best fresh food, but that is personal.
The resort scores good on variety and taste attributes of dishes in the buffet offering in the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Quality of sleep is very good thanks to the bed, mattress and pillows quality. One can feel and live with nature within the resort. The landscaping design and use of flora is very good. Overall, a lovely calm place to unwind. Guest service is exceptional. Speed of response to guest needs is superb.
