Loved this property. Excellent location, very close to the beach and near some nice restaurants and bars. Super clean as the rooms are cleaned daily and good facilities fridge, kettle etc. The pool is really nice, with comfortable sun loungers too. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. Would highly recommend.

Tout était parfait, le personnel aux petits soins avec nous, l’établissement d'une propreté exemplaire , le jardin paradisiaque, la piscine superbe et cristalline, le petit déjeuné parfait avec la possibilité de gouter aux spécialités avec les conseil d'Alex qui a été un hôte exceptionnel secondé par le reste de l'équipe. Un établissement à conseillé à toute personne voulant un peu sortir du tumulte de la vie Indienne tout en restant à proximité des endroits branchés de Goa (fêtes, musiques...)

Lovely hotel- room was a bit dated (think we got the old room) AC was very noisy. Pool, staff, breakfast all brilliant would definitely recommend

Franchement expérience au top. L'établissement mérite un 9 sans hésitation. Bravo

We stayed at the Goa Grand Hyatt from December 31, 2024, to January 4, 2025, and had a mostly fantastic experience. Highlights: * New Year's Eve Extravaganza: The complimentary New Year's Eve party was absolutely incredible! While the staff was understandably overwhelmed due to the sheer number of guests, the overall experience was truly luxurious and memorable. * Exceptional Service: * Kartikya, the manager at the Pool Bar, was incredibly helpful when we arrived and all the kitchens were closed. He went above and beyond to find us food options. * Sudha at the Chulha restaurant was an absolute gem. Her kindness and warmth made our dining experience truly special. We enjoyed dining there multiple times thanks to her excellent service and the delicious food. * The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff, especially Moupiya and Kapil, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. * Water Sports: We had a wonderful time with Aquasail. Sanjay was a great coordinator, and we appreciated the hassle-free refund for the day we couldn't attend. One Minor Drawback: The beach area was unfortunately rocky and muddy, making it unsuitable for swimming. Overall: Despite the minor beach issue, our stay at the Goa Grand Hyatt was truly memorable. The exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and the unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration made it a highly recommended destination. Tips for Future Guests: * Book in advance for the New Year's Eve party to avoid disappointment. * Consider dining at Chulha Restaurant and enjoy the exceptional service of Sudha.
