Staff is perfect, for every need help you with kindness,the room is clean and also the bathroom is really good with hot water. The staff were all very attentive and the whole atmosphere at breakfast was nice- not too noisy. Didn't use the pool but I am sure it's nice. Looks very family-friendly space. Would definitely take my children to stay here next time we are in Jogja.
