Staff were extremely helpful, the gentleman at Reception provided us an adaptor plug for France as we had forgotten ours.

It really met my expectations and went beyond those, as we went in Paris to celebrate some birthday and they offered to decorate the room with balloons. It is the little things that matter.. I would 100% stay in this hotel again and can only recommend it!
