Beautiful building stylishly decorated. Amazing hosts who were so welcoming and hospitable. The grounds are lovely and it was a joy to have breakfast in the garden which had some lovely trees and shrubs. The breakfast included lots of home made jams and pancakes and madeleines. Our family room wjich was a good size was next to a play room which gave an extra space to relax in. Note you will need a car to go out and eat as the gite is in the countryside surrounded by an area that grows sunflowers amongst other crops!

What a lovely little place to spend a sunny weekend. The Merlin bird app identified 21 different birds chirping at us as we picnicked on the terrace. Lovely comfy bed, super clean bathroom and Fatima's delicious fresh crêpes for breakfast. Bressuire is well located for exploring all round to Richelieu, Chinon and other gorgeous historic towns. We hope to return!

We try to use this hotel when we travel between Bordeaux and Brittany. It is a wonderful place to stay overnight. The owners are always welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is generous. There are lots of restaurants for an evening meal and being on the edge of one of the many canals in the Venise Verte the setting is magical. The rooms have been designed individually with great thought and creativity.
