We had a great time, including a visit to the winery, a lovely dinner at the hotel, and a jog through the vineyards.

The hotel is set in front of Florida Park and offers views of Vitoria Cathedral and the Basque Parliament. At the other side of the park is the Virgen Blanca square and the city’s Medieval old town. Excellent location near train station and city center. Nice park across the street. Staff was excellent and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel Araba’s stylish, air-conditioned rooms are soundproofed and feature garden views. All include a TV, safe, telephone and a private bathroom with hairdryer. The room had extra pillows for reading in bed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I typically hope for but don´t always find. Also, it is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop, and bus line 5 will take you quickly to the old city.

Loved the wine list and we particularly loved the Cove they have with a Jacuzzi for a romantic evening. Loved the ambiance and how the hotel seems like new, even though I visited over 10 years ago.

The Casa de Los Arquillos can be found next to Plaza de la Virgen Blanca in the historical centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi access and flat-screen TVs with international channels. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated. The bed was the best I had on my entire trip. The amenities in the kitchen made it complete.
