All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, radio and a desk. All rooms have a private bathroom. The garden terrace provides a splendid view of the famed Mount Virgin. The hotel staff made us feel like home. If I could stay few more days I could even call the lady in reception “mum”. :)

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. All rooms have a distinctive design and décor, ranging from classic to contemporary. Elegant interiors and spacious marble bathrooms complement the designs. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Amazing apartments! Perfect for a family traveling with young children. Spacious room, A/C, functional kitchen, super nice terrace with amazing views from the mountain. Short walking distance from downtown, yet very clam neighborhood.

All rooms at Hotel Alphorn come with a flat-screen cable TV including international news channels, and small bathrooms with showers. They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. We loved everything about the hotel. Great location, extremely friendly staff and good food. We definitely want to visit Interlaken and stay in Hotel Alphorn again in near future.

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station.

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. The breakfast was nice, and the location was perfect for people traveling to the Interlaken area. We wished we had more time there.
