I received a super friendly welcome and felt right at home in the accommodation. There was always the possibility to have a drink at the bar and it was very cozy. Room 7 was modern and had a large balcony. I felt very comfortable there and slept very well for 3 nights. I can highly recommend it. Thank you! :)

The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants/bars/cafes around the hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant (Helena’s restaurant) and it was fantastic. All staff are super friendly and professional. Their valet parking service is convenient. Breakfast was also amazing and we really enjoyed staying here.

The Bonne Esperance is located in a Victorian guest house, 7-minutes walk from the University of Stellenbosch. It has free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and a wrap-around veranda.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Fiona is such a lovely person and we loved hearing stories and sharing many laughs. The room was very spacious and well appointed.
